Epistrofi is made up of two newly renovated, neo-classical buildings with a total area of 500 sq.m., that are part of the city's architectural heritage. Understated aesthetics house full technical equipment in both buildings, with specialized gallery lighting, sound installations, and air-conditioning throughout. The larger building includes a fully equipped one bedroom loft style flat on the top floor, with terrace overlooking the adjacent church dome. The smaller building comprises a first floor with original stone walls, wood burning fireplace, while the ground floor incorporates a traditional stone floor and separate fully equipped professional kitchen.
The two buildings enclose a self-contained courtyard, also equipped with technical and lighting systems, capable of hosting private parties, catered functions, visual and performing arts events and lectures.
